What equipment do I need?

Other than an opened mind and your playing device, nothing! No candles, special clothes or dedicated spaces -- all that is nice, but non-essential fluff — and it’s not really practical for modern mamas with little time.


Do I have to complete everything in 10 days?

Go at your own pace and repeat your favourite meditations as often as you like.
